Warren O. Hodges, Jr. became of counsel to Ritt Hodges LLP in 2001 and was elevated to partner in 2012. He brings a wealth of litigation experience across business, employment, real estate, and intellectual property law.
Mr. Hodges is an experienced trial lawyer who has represented and litigated against many of this country's foremost business entities. His employment law background is particularly well-suited to Title IX proceedings involving faculty and staff.
Sachin Mehta joined Ritt Hodges as a summer associate in 2001 and now serves as the firm's of counsel, heading its Title IX advisory practice. Prior to his civil practice, Mr. Mehta spent two years as a public defender in the U.S. territory of American Samoa — experience that sharpened his commitment to ensuring every individual receives a vigorous, fair defense.
Mr. Mehta is a Los Angeles native who received his degree in Mathematics from UCLA and his law degree from USC. His practice has developed a particular focus on Title IX advisory work, representing students, faculty, and staff in university grievance proceedings.
